Mortgages We work closely with various Mortgage Brokers regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or businesses regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority who have referral arrangements with mortgage brokers regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The mortgage brokers will bring you a range of quality and reliable mortgage advice based on your needs. If requesting a mortgage quote, we will take initial steps of you obtaining a mortgage by referring you to a mortgage broker who will use your details to contact you in order to provide you with a requested quote. The mortgage broker will fulfil their obligations by taking additional information from you in order to provide you with an accurate quote, a necessary step before you can enter into a mortgage loan agreement.
